TreeProject is a non-profit community organisation dedicated to revegetating the Victorian landscape with indigenous trees, shrubs and grasses.

We work with farmers, landcare groups, park authorities, government authorities and hundreds of volunteers to achieve our goals.

The Re-Tree Scheme recruits volunteers from Melbourne and regional Victoria to propagate indigenous seedlings at home for farmers, landcare groups and other organisations across the state.

Tree Planting Days are organised throughout the cooler months of the year. They take place on country farms and reserves and urban parks.

Supporting TreeProject - As a non-profit organisation we rely on memberships, donations, business support and, of course, our volunteers, to put thousands of indigenous plants back into the Victorian landscape every year.

Giving a TreeProject membership for Christmas is a great way to introduce your friends and family to TreeProject and the important revegetation work you are involved in. They will receive our newsletters throughout the year and know that they have been in integral part in launching TreeProject’s new on line seedling propagation resource. A tax deductible donation of $30 or more provides your recipient with a year long membership to TreeProject and gives us the ability to deliver a one of a kind ‘Seedling Propagation Portal’. We’re joining groups all over the world who are making a difference in the local, regional, and global biodiversity. We’re very excited to be a part of it and are looking forward to spending the next decade supporting our volunteers and landholders to propagate provenance based seedlings to improve Victoria’s biodiversity.

Ethical Buying

Ethical Buying is a an online store who sell a range of products for ethically aware consumers. They have put in the time to find products that are environmentally friendly, have the welfare of animals is mind, and are sourced from fair trade and organic practices.
