If in doubt, call your co-ordinator, or the Tree Project Office.

However:-
Monitor the appearance of your seedlings regularly and watch out for unexpected variations, in particular check each tube individually , preferably by removing it from the box, each in turn.

Do you seem to be waiting a long time for seedlings to show see  No Germination>.

White stuff on the leaves or green stuff in soil in the tubes? Do you have problems with Powdery Mildew> or  Moss>?

Damage to plants, leaves missing or damaged nibbled, squashed etc, check for pests,
Ants>, Slugs and Snails>, Caterpillars or Grubs>, Cutworms>, Grasshoppers>, Aphids>, Birds>, Possums>, Cats>.

Leaves drying out, check for watering issues under uneven growth>. Note that these issues can become terminal very quickly so check your seedlings regularly.

Stunted growth or tall and straggly plants check those issues under uneven growth>.

Some things in your tubes do not look like the rest of the plants, after realising that second sets of leaves for our seedlings may not be like the first pair, check for weeds>.
